Grading and Condition

Grade A / Excellent - best condition in stock

Grade B  / Good condition - second best condition available

Grade C / Acceptable - obvious cosmetic wear, fully functional device

Grade D - these devices will have some minor faults, for example camera not working, buttons need pressing too hard, earphone jacks not working or similar issues, these devices are heavily discounted.

Why are your prices cheaper than most other shops and marketplaces


Unlike most companies we do not have expensive overheads like infrastructure,  personnel and count on our customers promoting us through reviews after good service received, sharing us on social media like Facebook, Tweeter, Google etc. , the more customers share us the cheaper our prices will be. Also, we work with biggest and most trustworthy suppliers to ensure the best price on authentic branded products and don't spend a lot on advertisement on TV, Radio and other expensive sources which normally drive prices up. Making payment 

To order any item, please click / tap "add to cart" and specify options > click / tap "add to cart" again and select payment method i.e. Paypal / Amazon / World pay. Direct card payments can be made via Paypal guest checkout or Worldpay.

WHEN USING WORLDPAY, YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS WILL BE YOUR BILLING ADDRESS. WITH PAYPAL / AMAZON PAYMENTS, IT'S POSSIBLE TO SPECIFY ANOTHER SHIPPING ADDRESS. PLEASE NOTICE, CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT ADDRESS IS NOT THEIR SHIPPING ADDRESS - WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESS SPECIFIED WITH YOUR PAYMENT. IF YOU USE PAYPAL AND NEED YOUR DEVICE SHIPPED TO ANOTHER ADDRESS, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR DEFAULT PAYPAL ADDRESS. Network lock

If any device is locked to network, it will specify network in the title of the product or options. If nothing is mentioned, device will be unlocked or customer will receive unlock code by email. Network locked devices are tied to one or  a few particular networks and won't accept simcard from a different provider, they are sold at reduced prices. For someone who already uses that provider, this could be a good bargain and save more money.

Colours

Please notice that your selected colour is preferred colour and we will not always be able to supply that particular colour if it's unavailable. If colour is absolutely necessary please write to us about it, we can either cancel your order or confirm that we can supply that particular colour. 

What's included

Most items will include a device and charging cable only and no other additional content. 

Shipping and Next day delivery

Next day delivery arrives next day only for orders placed before 3PM. No items dispatched or expected to arrive on Weekends. Tracking information provided only if your order hasn't arrived within stipulated delivery times specified at checkout. Special delivery is a guaranteed service, other options may take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Please notice, that in case of any logistic problems, in rare cases there could be a delay with next day deliveries, however these orders will still be dispatched by Special delivery service. 

Warranty and Returns

Warranty is 12 months and includes any technical issue, not caused by the customer.  14 day return policy covers refunds,  however 12 months warranty covers only replacement or repair and not refunds. 

Returns:

14 day returns are accepted for any reason, even if customer simply changed their mind.

1. Refunds can be issued only under 14 day return policy. 12 month warranty will only cover replacement and repair, and not reimbursement.
2.Please make sure to include either order number or name and date of purchase of this device with your return package, otherwise we won't know where it's from.  
3.Make sure to factory reset your device and remove all passwords, especially icloud passwords and blackberry account passwords. 
4.Returned device must has the same serial number, as the one purchased. Also, please keep tracking number / reference number until your purchase has been refunded. 
5.Please make sure to attach a note with your return package to describe what was the problem.
