Grading and Condition

Grade A / Excellent - best condition in stock

Grade B  / Good condition - second best condition available

Grade C / Acceptable - obvious cosmetic wear, fully functional device

Grade D - these devices will have some minor faults, for example camera not working, buttons need pressing too hard, earphone jacks not working or similar issues, these devices are heavily discounted.

Network lock

Network locked devices are tied to one or  a few particular networks and won't accept simcard from a different provider, they are sold at reduced prices. For someone who already uses that provider, this could be a good bargain and save more money. Any devices locked to networks will work in UK only and not the rest of Europe. For Europe and rest of the world please buy unlocked devices only. All android devices are unlocked. 

Colours

In rare cases we may run out of particular colour, and dispatch any other available colour. If colour is absolutely important, please let us know about it. If colour isn't specified we will always try our best to dispatch the same colour as can be seen on the picture, or the one requested by customer, however we can not guarantee to dispatch correct colour. 


What's included

Most items will include a device and charging cable only and no other additional content. 

Shipping and Next day delivery

Next day delivery arrives next day only for orders placed before 3PM. No items dispatched or expected to arrive on Weekends. Tracking information provided only if your order hasn't arrived within stipulated delivery times specified at checkout. Special delivery is a guaranteed service, other options may take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Please notice, that in case of any logistic problems, in rare cases there could be a delay with next day deliveries, however these orders will still be dispatched by Special delivery service. 


Warranty and Returns

Warranty is 12 months and includes any technical issue not caused by the customer, however this does not include batteries. If battery life appears to be poor, it's up to customer to replace batteries. We test everything else, however we do not test batteries. 

Returns:

14 day returns are accepted for any reason, even if customer simply changed their mind.

1. Please make sure to include either order number or name and date of purchase of this devicewith your return package, otherwise we won't know where it's from.  
2. Make sure to factory reset your device and remove all passwords, especially icloud passwords and blackberry account passwords. 
3. Returned device must has the same serial number, as the one purchased. Also please keep tracking number / reference number until your purchase has been refunded. 
4. Please make sure to attach a note with your return package to describe what was the problem and whether you need it replaced or prefer a refund.
